How to Get Involved

Regardless of whether you give of your time, talent or financial resources, help us build a stronger community through our agency services. Together we can make a difference in the lives of others. Your monetary, in-kind, or volunteer gift to Lifelines ensures that we have the resources, talent and ability to continue providing crisis intervention, prevention, education and counseling programs to our community members in need. With your help, our programs and services touched the lives of more than 40,000 people last year.

Lifelines Counseling Services has served the southwest Alabama are since 1958 through professional counseling, crisis intervention, education and outreach services. We are accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Services for Families and Children, Inc. and actively participates in the United Way of Southwest Alabama and the National Foundation for Credit Counseling. Our services range from Professional Counseling to Anger Management groups for Women and Teens, from Sexual Assault Services to Consumer Credit Counseling Services - all dedicated to empowering people to build better lives.
